As they opened the gates, they pushed you out. Alone and freezing with nowhere to go but here. How do you feel? How do you feel? And where do you go with nothing left behind? I close my eyes and see - you were never ever meant to lose it all. I close my eyes and feel - you will never come back and take the fall. Your legs, they move and the ground underneath starts to shake again. What are you running from? And where do you go with nothing left behind? I close my eyes and see - you were never ever meant to lose it all. I close my eyes and feel - you will never come back and take the fall. What are you trying to find? There’s only woods in that direction.

Past Perfect 03:09
When I rewind, I know I can’t rely on any memory. Still I compare the present with the past. I’m looking back with glassy eyes. Are we should have been or ready to move on? I’m craving for my memories. Oh sweet nostalgia you’re everything I have. Surrender again to rosy recollection, I perfect a past. A past that has never been. Distorted light, like visions in the haze. How am I supposed to change? I’m craving for my memories. Oh sweet nostalgia you are everything I have. I reminisce, remembering. It is everything and nothing in the end. There it goes again. A vision in the haze before I wake. When I rewind it all seems so colourful. When in fact it’s just in monochrome. I’ve tried but I can’t let go. I’m craving for my memories. Oh sweet nostalgia you are everything I have. I reminisce, remembering. It is everything and nothing in the end.

You are stuck within these walls and trying to get out of here, but you don’t know how. You want to know how it feels, how it feels to be alive, but you don’t know how. The ceiling lit up in different shades of blue, you’re waiting for a reaction. Do you remember those days, when we were sitting on the rooftop a long time ago? You said you’ll never be forgotten, but you’re just wasting time I hear your footsteps down the hall but I pretend to be asleep, cause I’m too scared to let you in. Will I ever let you in? Will you ever climb these stairs again? Will you ever make it out? Will you ever see the stars again? Or stay trapped within these walls? Will you ever be the same again? If you’re too scared to make amends. I will know, how it feels, how it feels to be alive.
4.
Can’t you see the moon in this dark night? As you are stumbling down the road, is your head still spinning round? Can’t you hear them whispering in your ear? You’ve never trusted the words they said and your dreams are fading out like a candle in a lightning storm. It’s so dark in here. Please help me out! Don’t leave me now! It’s so dark in here. Please help me out! Raise your voice! Open the window! Spit out the dust that made your mouth so dry! Lift yourself, take off and float away! Over mountains and shattered fields they spread their wings just to make us feel so safe. Behind the assembly line you made up your plan. It’s so dark in here. Please help me out! Raise your voice! Open the window! Spit out the dust that made your mouth so dry! Lift yourself, take off and float away! You will see the sunrise in the morning. You will live.

Are you going to realize? Or is it all just floating by? Here are the footprints you’ve left, they are about to disappear and while you’re standing there, your mind is somewhere else. In the end it’s alright. You didn’t have to leave, just hold on. In the end it all makes sense. You didn’t have to go, just hold on. Everything is so close. Don’t you know? You didn’t have to leave, you didn’t have to go. Oh, just hold on. You didn’t have to leave, oh I told you so. You can stop spinning around, you can be still right now. I hope that’s what you want to be. Are you aware of the present? Can’t you get rid of the past? Do your thoughts wander off towards the future? In the end it’s alright. You didn’t have to leave, just hold on. In the end it all makes sense. You didn’t have to go, just hold on. Everything is so close. Oh, don’t you know? You didn’t have to leave, you didn’t have to go. Oh, just hold on. You didn’t have to leave, oh I told you so.

With your eyes wide open all you see are trunks around you. How much time has passed? Is this all real or just a dream? Your feet are wet and your mouth is dry and all begins to spin inside. You’ve never seen the outside world and you don’t know how it feels to lose yourself here. Trees over trees and nowhere left to go. Trees over trees all around. You stumble through the woods. Who sent you here? Was it you or me? Sounds of rain gently touch your ear and your fear makes you start to run. You’ve never seen the outside world and you don’t know how it feels to lose yourself here. You’ve never seen the outside world and you don’t know how it feels to lose yourself. With all the woods now gone, I knew you were never meant to lose it all. Your feet have reached the sea, I knew you were never meant to lose it all. Your eyes can rest you’re safe, I knew you were never meant to lose it all.

Everything around is fading so fast and while I’m sitting here I wonder how it will turn out. All these noises all these whispers are surrounding me. I didn’t notice a single word you’ve said. Can’t you wake me up? I wanna feel this pain. Pure and straight into my heart to feel the cure. Longing for the days and celebrating the past. As if it was something worth fighting for. How will this turn out? Why can’t I live in the present tense and just be here? There is no glory in the old days. I know. Can’t you wake me up? I wanna feel this pain. Pure and straight into my heart to feel the cure. What are we now? What are we waiting for?
8.
You turn around, the noise outside has died away. Don’t close your eyes, embrace the calm. It all makes sense, the clearing appears in front of you. Don’t try too hard, just let it go. It’s too late, too late to leave. You should stay but you don’t know if you can. The quiet place you tried to avoid has found you and in this silence the thought enters your head. That you never had anything to say to anyone and the lump in your throat won’t speak. It’s too late, too late to leave. You should stay but you don’t know if you can. Nothing, nothing. Where’s the sound? What’s left now? It’s too late, too late to stay. You should leave but you don’t know if you can. Voiceless, soundless, restless.

We’ve never been here before but I know this view. These plains are divided by narrow paths. There are so many ways. I don’t know which one to take. I stare and hesitate and I’m just fine. Everything I see in front of me will be past one day. I don’t want to close my eyes again. I wanna be there when you stop spinning around, you wake me up, you let it go. There are so many ways. I still don’t know which one to take. I stare and hesitate and I’m just fine. Everything I see in front of me will be past one day. I don’t want to close my eyes again. I wanna be there when… Everything I see in front of me will be past one day. I don’t want to close my eyes again. I wanna be there when… Everything I see in front of me will be past one day I don’t want to close my eyes again. I wanna be there when…

Tree Diagram 04:36
Are you still wandering? Are you lost? This labyrinth leads you to nowhere. If you choose, another path will fade. And you will never know what you could have become. The future starts with your decision. Is it good or is it bad? How could we ever know?
12.
Deep in the dark forest you’re about to lose hope. Because here is no place for you to hide or live or both. You’re out of breath and your heart is getting heavier. You’re walking miles and miles but you don’t know where to go. What will be on the other side? Will I find comfort in the end? What will be on the other side? Will I find comfort in myself? The branches are swaying in the wind, lulling you to sleep. They’re swaying peacefully to a bittersweet melody. You’re trying to release from freezing while you’re fighting your way through the woods. What will be on the other side? Will I find comfort in the end? What will be on the other side? Will I find comfort in myself? There is something that whispers in your ear: «It seems you’re lost and you don’t know where to go. I will guide you to a better place. Hold on dear, you will find a place between some stacks of wood and the ocean sound. Hold on love, you will find a place where you can lay down your weary head.»
